By completing your payment and finalising an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

  • All orders are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days of order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Please be aware that during busy sale periods, there may be delays due to the high volume of orders.
  • International customers must be aware of potential customs and duties fees applicable to your country. 
  • Please note international customers: We cannot ship to P.O boxes, parcel lockers or military addresses/bases. 

AUSTRALIA

  • 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS DELIVERY
  • ALL PARCELS ARE EXPRESS POSTED FOR $12
  • FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $150

Parcel Collection and Locker Pickup now available in select Australian suburbs. 

NEW ZEALAND 

  • 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS EXPRESS DELIVERY
  • $23 (NZD) FOR ALL ORDERS
  • Please note we currently have a cap of $1000 (NZD) for all orders to New Zealand 

NZ Customers will not need to pay anything to customs when their parcel arrives, as this fee is included at checkout.

Please note: Orders to New Zealand may experience delays as a result of adverse weather conditions which have impacted postal operations and delivery services.

USA

      • $60 (AUD) FOR ORDERS BETWEEN $150 - $300 (AUD)

    Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. You can use this information to track your order via the Australia Post or DHL websites found below:

    Please note: All parcels are given authority to leave. If there is no secure or appropriate location to leave your parcel, it will be redirected to your local post office for collection.

    If you have not received your items within our designated time frames, please email us your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf. We do not offer refunds or compensation for orders received outside these times. Delays are rare, but can happen unexpectedly. 

     

    PARCEL PROTECTION

    At Billy J, we always do our best to ensure your parcel arrives to you safely. For added peace of mind, we offer our customers the option to purchase transit insurance. 

    Parcel protection covers the following shipping issues, subject to an investigation with the courier -

    • Parcels lost in transit
    • Parcels delivered to an incorrect address

    The following shipping issues are not covered by our parcel protection policy - 

    • Customer provided an incorrect address
    • Stolen

    INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM FEES & TAXES

     All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping cost, unless otherwise stated below. These charges vary depending on your country and state. If you're unsure about potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

    Billy J is not responsible for any additional taxes or customs duties incurred during the shipping process, except as outlined below:

    UK Customers:

    • Orders under £135: Taxes are payable at checkout.
    • Orders over £135: Taxes and duties are payable at checkout.
    • No additional payments are required when your parcel arrives.

    New Zealand Customers:

    • All duties and taxes are already included in your purchase price.
    • No customs charges on delivery.

    USA Customers:

    • All duties, taxes and/or tariff fees are calculated at checkout. 
    • No additional fees upon delivery.

     

    PLEASE NOTE: 

    Refusal of payment of customs or duty fees, may result in your parcel being returned to us or destroyed by customs authorities.

    • Any costs incurred due to unpaid fees (including return shipping fees) will be deducted from your store credit.
    • If your parcel is destroyed due to non-payment, we will not be able to offer compensation or a refund.

    Please ensure you are aware of and willing to pay any applicable customs or duty charges to avoid these outcomes.
