Updates to US Shipping & Tariffs
To remain transparent with our customers and avoid any unexpected or excessive tariff related fees, all U.S. orders placed between April 29 and May 2 will be temporarily delayed in dispatch. This pause is due to the uncertainty surrounding new U.S. import tariffs proposed to take effect from May 2. We’re closely monitoring the situation and will release all held orders as soon as we receive clarity on the changes.
Before dispatching, we’ll be in touch with each affected customer directly to confirm you’re happy to proceed - especially if any additional fees are expected.
If the updated tariffs significantly increase the cost of your order, you’ll have the opportunity to:
